-The monkfish certainly are, and now is the time to start preparing to secure your supply of fresh monkfish for the Christmas season. Catches have been good this autumn, and the last weeks have been fast-paced for our sales team. However, it is always necessary to leave time to go out in the field to talk to our fishermen and inspect the quality.
